Update: April 14th, 2009

Yes, yes we’re back up. We sold the site in 2006 and due to personal problems the new seller had to shut it down. I took this as a project to revive, and I hope you enjoy it!

From the original site:

SweDesignz was first launched in late 2004, by Stefan. He wanted to use SweDesignz as a sandbox for learning and mastering web design, and mostly, Adobe Photoshop. He never knew the site would grow so large, so fast.

In the summer of 2005, SweDesignz was bought by me, Tom. The instant I layed eyes on the site, I knew I could turn it to something big, huge, great! With that I’m proud to say that SweDesignz is now one of the largest Adobe Photoshop tutorial sites on the net, with over 140 tutorials, generating nearly 2 million tutorial views, with thousands more pouring in daily.

In October, 2005, SweDesignz hit two landmarks. The first, it finally overgrew a shared server and now needs a dedicated server to keep all it’s visitors happy.

The second landmark, is our huge traffic spike over the month of October. SweDesignz received over 80,000 unique visitors [120,000 total visitors] and served nearly 1 million page views.
